I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The facilities were great, including a nice bar, a yummy and well-stocked breakfast buffet, and a cool spa. The gym and swimming pool were a real treat, and the staff, especially Leslie and the gentleman at the front desk, were amazing. The location was also convenient, only a 10-minute drive from the city centre.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was great, with easy access to public transport into the city centre, and the surrounding area was peaceful and quiet - perfect for a good night's sleep. The service was excellent, with room service and other amenities like dry cleaning and housekeeping available, as well as a friendly and helpful staff who were always on hand to offer assistance. We particularly appreciated the welcome drink and the tours/ticket assistance that were provided, as well as the comfy sitting area and lovely terrace where we could relax after a busy day of exploring.
We had a fantastic experience here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

During my Christmas stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the breakfast and bar food were excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at the restaurant, who went out of their way to make our dining experience enjoyable. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to the city center, just a short drive away.
There were a couple of aspects that could be improved. the hotel was further away from the city center than we had anticipated, taking at least 20 minutes to reach by car, rather than the advertised 5 minutes.
